You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Premium subscriptions are paid via cryptocurrency through our payment processor. Subscriptions are fixed-term (monthly or yearly) and do not auto-renew. You may cancel at any time but no refunds are issued for unused periods of active subscriptions (see Refund Policy for exceptions).
You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our signals or content; (b) use the Service to defraud, harass, or harm others; (c) create multiple accounts to abuse free tiers or referral programs; (d) use automated bots to access the Service without our explicit permission.
All signals, content, branding, and software are the property of BlastSignals. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlastSignals and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, missed opportunities, or data loss.
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the Service at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other reasons.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where BlastSignals is operated. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
