Cryptocurrency Payments Are Final
Because BlastSignals accepts only cryptocurrency and crypto transactions are irreversible by nature, all subscription payments are final and non-refundable, with the limited exceptions below.
When We Will Issue a Refund
We will consider a refund in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment: you accidentally paid twice for the same subscription period. Refunded in full.
- Overpayment: you sent more crypto than the invoiced amount. The excess will be refunded to the sending wallet.
- Service failure: our Service is unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to our fault. Pro-rated refund for the outage period.
- Fraudulent charge: you can prove the payment was made without your consent. Subject to investigation.
When We Will NOT Issue a Refund
- You changed your mind after subscribing.
- You did not read the Terms of Service before subscribing.
- A signal did not perform as you hoped. Trading outcomes are your responsibility.
- You stopped using the Service but didn't cancel the renewal.
- Market volatility caused the crypto value of your payment to change between invoice and confirmation.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@blastsignals.com within 7 days of the payment with:
- The transaction hash / payment ID.
- The wallet address used.
- A clear description of the issue.
We aim to review all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are sent back to the originating wallet in the same cryptocurrency.
Cancelling a Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain Premium access until the current period ends.
